In 2003, Micheal Ezra offered a blank cheque from his personal account to the USPA chairperson for the USPA sports gala. I cannot tell whether his account had enough funds, but this was the first time I ever had of and saw someone issue a blank cheque. A blank cheque can be extremely dangerous for its owner, because whomever obtains the cheque can write any amount of money, and the owner should be able to cash it.
In Mathew 7:7-8, God issues a blank cheque to us from His limitless account. He gives us opportunity to ask for whatever we want because it is already signed by Christ.
We have however often limited ourselves to a few things or think that if we ask for certain things, heaven will get bankrupt. Reserving ourselves to thinking small, in the name of being modest. Some of us have given away our opportunity to ask to a particular group of people (Pastors, Apostles e.t.c), tasking them to ask on our behalf. Maybe because we do not think we are good enough to ask for anything we want.
This scripture shows an extremely good & loving Father who has offered everyone a blank cheque, to whom we can come and ask for anything; wisdom, crazy amounts of money, revelation, healing of any disease, nations, e.t.c.
His account can never read ‘insufficient resources’/ ‘Not worthy to receive resources’ for our requests.
You have been offered a blank cheque, filled with all the resources that the Father has provided through Christ. You were qualified for all these resources by Christ and He is waiting for you to receive them in abundance. So Ask, Seek & Knock. Fill in that blank cheque today.
